I just finished Neil Gaiman's American Gods, and its take on myth, magic and folk religion was phenomenally entertaining - like a gritty Tarantino-style narrative by way of Homer.

The awesome dudes over at Super Punch put a call out for American Gods-inspired artwork, and what they got back is not only gorgeous, but also delightfully illustrates the trip I've been on with the novel for the past week. Worth a read!
